Another Bullion Van Attack On Kasoa Roa
Armed robbers attempted to attack another bullion van on the Kasoa road today just days after killinga police officerand another person in a similar attack.
The van which was usng the Winneba-Kasoa road from Accra was targeted by some armed men on their way to their destination.
The armed robbers shot the front passenger seat, where a police escort was sitting, shattering its window in the process.
However, the police escort was able to call for reinforcements which led to the robbers fleeing into the nearby bush.
This attack comes days after a police escort was killed while transporting a bullion van in Jamestown.
The police has already issued a high alert on such crimes and has launched a manhunt for the Adedemkpo robbers.
