Evans Mills makes 2 Appointments

President-elect Atta Mills has appointed Hon. Mahama Ayariga, MP for Bawku Central as presidential spokesperson.

Ayariga, who was the spokesperson for Mills during the campaign for the presidency, will not be returning to Parliament after he lost his seat in the December 7, 2008 general elections.

James Bebako-Mensah, a former Cabinet Secretary in the second term of the NDC government under former President Jerry Rawlings, has been appointed as secretary to the president.
