Nana Agradaa remanded in custody for a second time

Evangelist Patricia Oduro, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, has been remanded in police custody again after she appeared before the court for the second time.

This comes after she was arrested for allegedly scamming people who attended her church for all night service in hopes of doubling their money.

The former fetish priestess who become a pastor, reappeared before the court on Thursday, October 13, 2022, and the court remanded her again into police custody.

According to the churchgoers, Nana Agradaa promised to double their money through her special spiritual purifications.

But she has denied the claims of fraud made against her. Explaining herself in a video, she said, invited church members for service last Friday and gave out money to help them with their various businesses.

Nana Agradaa is facing seven counts of defrauding by false pretense and charlatanic advertisement on TV and in a newspaper to lure her victims.

According to sources, she is set to reappear before the court for the third time on Monday, October 17, 2022.
