Ghanaian rapper Medikal, also known as MDK, has spoken publicly about his love life following his separation from ex-wife Fella Makafui. In a recent interview with radio host Andy Dosty, Medikal confirmed that he has found a new partner and is enjoying peace and fulfillment in his personal life. However, he emphasized his preference for privacy regarding his romantic affairs, stating, “I have somebody. I have peace now. I am fixed, just that I don’t want to put my love life and all those things out there.”
The rapper and actress Fella Makafui, who were married for four years, officially ended their union earlier in 2024. According to Fella’s statement dated May 18, the decision to part ways had been reached months prior, with the families working on the necessary customary divorce proceedings. Despite the separation, Medikal and Fella have agreed to co-parent their daughter, Island.
Addressing rumors about his romantic life after the divorce, Medikal shared that he is optimistic about the future and hinted at the possibility of getting married again. He expressed contentment with his current relationship, saying he now leads a “perfect life.”
