Former New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate, Valentino Nii Noi Nortey, has been charged in connection with a stabbing incident in the United States.
According to reports, Nortey faces multiple charges for attempted murder, possessing an instrument of crime with intent to use and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
Police reports indicate that the stabbing happened during a domestic dispute on Mayfair Drive where he lives with his family.
