The Ministry of Transport, in collaboration with Digital Eye, has announced the Ghana Transport and Logistics Fair 2025, the first event of its kind in Ghana and the West African sub-region.
The fair, scheduled for October 22–24, 2025, at the World Trade Centre, Accra, will showcase innovation, sustainability, and investment opportunities under the theme “Driving Innovation, Enhancing Connectivity, and Empowering Investment.”
Over three days, participants will experience exhibitions, policy dialogues, and panel discussions highlighting cutting-edge technologies such as electric vehicles (EVs), green transport solutions, and modern logistics systems.
Presidential Endorsement
The event will be officially opened by President John Dramani Mahama, underscoring its strategic importance in aligning Ghana’s transport policies with global trends in sustainability and competitiveness.
Broad Stakeholder Participation
Agencies under the Ministry of Transport will mount exhibition stands covering aviation, ports, vehicle registration, and public transport reforms. Stakeholders ranging from the GPRTU, Okada associations, and logistics firms to students and entrepreneurs are also expected to participate, fostering collaboration between industry professionals and the public.
Dialogue and Investment Opportunities
The fair will provide a platform for discussions on regulation, infrastructure, sustainable development goals, and investment prospects. It is expected to position Ghana as a regional hub for transport and logistics innovation, while encouraging both local and foreign investment.
The Ministry has extended an invitation to the media, business community, and the general public to be part of this landmark initiative, which is poised to transform the sector and drive Ghana toward a future of smarter, greener, and more efficient transport systems.
