Accra, March 25, 2025 – The A&C Mall in East Legon has confirmed that a solar panel structure in its parking area collapsed during heavy rains, causing damage to over 80 vehicles.
In an official statement, A&C Development attributed the incident to adverse weather conditions but assured the public that immediate measures were being taken to resolve the issue.
No Injuries Reported
Despite the extent of damage, no injuries were reported. Management expressed deep regret and reassured visitors of their commitment to safety and swift action.
“Our team, along with the relevant authorities, is on-site to manage the situation and ensure a swift resolution,” the statement read.
A&C Development also apologized for the inconvenience caused and reaffirmed its dedication to visitor safety, promising regular updates as recovery efforts continue.
