Ntim Fordjour: I haven’t been invited to suspicious flights probe

Rev. John Ntim Fordjour, Ranking Member of Parliament’s Defence and Interior Committee, has dismissed claims that he has been invited to assist in investigations concerning the alleged influx of suspicious drugs and cash into the country.

Fordjour described such claims as baseless and entirely false.

Speaking on Channel One Newsroom on Saturday, April 5, the MP firmly rejected assertions made by Government Spokesperson Felix Kwakye Ofosu that an invitation had been extended to him.

“No invitation has come to me. I have not received any invitation whatsoever contrary to the lies and falsehood peddled by Kwakye Ofosu that I had been invited and I am running away from collaboration. It is false,” he stated.

Fordjour reiterated his commitment to transparency and accountability, describing the accusations as deliberate attempts to mislead the public.

His comments come at a time of mounting scrutiny over the allegations, with growing calls for clarity and an independent investigation into the matter.
