The Adua, or Islamic funeral prayers, were held at the musician’s residence at Tema Community 1, Site 15, bringing together colleagues, friends and well-wishers to offer their condolences to the bereaved family.

Among the celebrities present were King Promise, Mr Drew, Darkovibes, Killbeatz, DJ Breezy and Mugeez, Omar Sterling’s longtime partner in the celebrated music duo R2Bees.
Media personality and lawyer Sandra Ankobiah and socialite Hajia 4Real also attended the gathering to pay their respects and console the family during the difficult period.

His appearance comes ahead of the R2Bees Homecoming Concert scheduled for October 17 at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale, where he is expected to join the celebrated duo.
