The struggle faced by Ghanaian content creators in withdrawing their rewards from social media platforms could soon be a thing of the past, following the launch of a new social media app, Luupli, in United Kingdom.
The Ghanaian-made app has named popular Ghanaian actor Kwaku Manu as its first ambassador.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Luupli, Degraft Osei Kwame, speaking to HotDigitalOnline reporter Asonaba Kwadwo Nomafo, revealed that the app has recorded more than 100,000 downloads since its launch on various app stores, making it one of the fast-growing social media applications developed in Africa.
According to Mr. Degraft Osei Kwame, Luupli offers several features that distinguish it from other popular social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook and X, formerly known as Twitter.
He explained that Luupli has a reward system for its users, including those who like, watch, comment on and share content posted by other users. These activities earn users coins, which can later be converted into money and withdrawn conveniently in Ghana.

Speaking about the challenges Ghanaian content creators face when attempting to withdraw earnings from international social media platforms, Mr. Degraft Osei Kwame said Luupli has addressed some of these challenges by providing a withdrawal system that allows Ghanaian creators to access their earnings locally.
He added that the platform is working to introduce more services and features, including live streaming, to further improve the experience for its users in the coming days.

HotDigitalOnline can confirm that Luupli is a Ghanaian-developed social media application with the potential to compete with some of the world’s popular social media platforms if it receives strong patronage and support from Ghanaians.
With its reward system and focus on making withdrawals accessible to Ghanaian users, Luupli aims to create new opportunities for content creators while establishing itself as a competitive African social media platform.
