At the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) campus in Sunyani, a young guy who is believed to be in his 20s faced the fury of an enraged crowd after being exposed as the mastermind of a large-scale theft of campus infrastructure.
The suspect reportedly managed to disassemble and steal about fifty-six streetlights, as well as the peculiar solar batteries that power them.
It is said that the guy was captured while trying to carry out his actions.
Before authorities could step in, an enraged mob allegedly swarmed upon him after his arrest, slapping and otherwise physically abusing him.
