Ghana international Mohammed Kudus has challenged Tottenham Hotspur to maintain their winning momentum after celebrating a third consecutive Premier League victory.
The Spurs midfielder was in impressive form as Tottenham secured a 2-0 win over Crystal Palace at the weekend, but his post-match message suggested the team are already looking ahead to their next challenge.
“I’m very happy for the energy and support. Three wins in a row, we are going for the fourth,” Kudus said after the game.
The statement reflected the growing confidence within the Tottenham camp, with the Ghanaian keen to see his side build on their recent run of results.
Kudus played a significant role in the victory, providing the assist for Tottenham’s opening goal with a well-delivered corner that found Archie Gray inside the penalty area.
He also caused problems for the Palace defence with his pace and attacking creativity, completing five dribbles, winning four fouls and creating three chances.
His influential display earned him the Man of the Match award.
Tottenham will now turn their attention to Leeds United, knowing that another victory would fulfil Kudus’ ambition of making it four wins on the bounce.
The 26-year-old has made nine appearances across all competitions this season, registering three assists as he continues to make his mark in north London.
For Kudus, the message is simple: three victories are a good start, but Tottenham want more.
